Pressure Cooked Mashed Potatoes in 10 minutes, from Chez Bettay, the Vegan Gourmet!
Now that the weather is cooling down, a nice hot plate of mashed potatoes may be on your mind. To save time, you can use mashed potato flakes...if you don't mind weird additives like mono & diglycerides, sodium acid pyrophosphate and so on.
